Welcome at the site of Sexual Grounding Therapy® Hungary.

Sexual Grounding® is a therapeutic method that treats sexuality like you've never experienced it before: very directly and in a completly natural way. Through Sexual Grounding Therapy® you will learn how to find back your original innocence, curiosity and excitement, and live in stable intimate relationships.

Sexual Grounding Therapy® is recommanded for people who want to:
- get insights into their own physical and psychological sexual problems and learn to overcome them
- learn how to accompany the sexual development of their children
- learn to acknowledge the parents as the source of their life
- reprogramme their basic patterns about sexuality and relationships into healthy ones
- learn to handle projections and unfulfilled needs developed in early childhood stages
- learn to regulate themselves as mature sexual beings
- find deep grounding in their sexuality as the source for love, stability and happiness in life
 
And for professionals who want to:
- learn how to treat sexual problems of their clients in a professional way
- learn how to accompany the sexual development of children they work with
- be stable, grounded and self-confident in their work.

We offer the following programs:

  • Introduction courses into Sexual Grounding Therapy®:
              "At home in your body" - weekend introduction course 
               Women’s and men's workshops 
               Additional education for professionals in the field of sexuality and sexual issues in therapy
  • Basic Sexual Grounding Therapy® Training (year round programme)

All trainings are held in English and translated into Hungarian. Participants need to have some experience in Bodywork and/or Psychotherapy.

We are very enthusiastic about bringing Sexual Grounding Therapy® also to Hungary! We already saw the beautiful results of this therapy in our clients in many different countries. We hope to meet you at one of the trainings.
